I have stayed here a few times and every time had a wonderful time. The employees treat you like family. It is an older hotel but the sevice makes up for it. I love the third floor lounge. The third floor lounge and the people here are the reason that I will always choose this hotel!

As a seasoned traveller lodging in many cities throughout America and Europe, I’d like to recommend the Holiday Inn-Willowbrook as a delightful place to stay. Like the fine older properties in Europe, this small surburban hotel more than makes up for the minor inconveniences of its age with its cleanliness and excellent service from its dedicated staff. The lobby restaurant succeeds in its effort to serve hot, fresh food served by a friendly and accommodating waitstaff and the brunch is well worth the few extra dollars. The bar echoes this friendly environment and it’s always well attended with a reasonable selection of premium products. Only a short ride from Midway airport, this hotel is safe, clean, and reasonably priced and you won’t find better service anywhere.

Clean rooms, courteous staff and wonderful overall experience. The shuttle service and drivers did a great job taking my colleagues and I back and forth to Argonne Nat'l Lab for a conference there. Also the front desk agents aren't bad to look at either.

An outstanding staff,that really knows the meaning of service! Great food, friendly bar, and a safe location.
