I stayed here 2 nights for a horse show at lamplight Equestrian Center in Wayne. The $ 85 AAA rate was great. The Courtyard in St. Charles wanted $ 50 more per night, but St. Charles is a ritzy town. The hotel was fine, lobby was clean so the staff has taken care of the problem in the previous review. I did not eat in the restaurant, but the pool and spa were fine-clean. Only drawback to this location is nothing is close except one restaraunt for walking. For an overnite stay, the hotel was quiet and should be OK.

The best place to eat is in Dundee , Francesca's an Italian rest. w/ Great food.

This was a satasfactory hotel. The rooms were clean enough, but the lobby inside was revolting. It looked like they hadn't cleaned it in weeks. Also, we were horrified to find patches of mold in the shower. I love the Marriott hotel chain, but I would stay at one of their other locations if I wanted to stay in Chicago.

The family and I were on a road trip to Michigan when we decided to stop for our first hotel stay. After crossing into the Illinois state lines, we started looking for a hotel that was in close proximity to Chicago, but far enough away so the rates were fair.

We hadn't made a reservation, and it was already towards evening when we came across this hotel off the freeway. After checking out the surrounding hotels before coming to this one, we knew this was the best choice.

The room was very spacious and the lobby attendants were absolutely gracious. The location of the hotel is just a stones throw away from the main freeway, and only a couple miles south of some great fast food places.

Will definately stay here again. In fact, planning a trip again and have this on the list to make sure we stay at. For the value and the room, as well as the people working there, this is an excellent bargain!
