We went to our sons Navy PIR and stayed at this hotel. Hotel is close to Navy base and has a complimentary shuttle to take you to graduation and pick you up, which is very nice. The rooms are clean and neat and very reasonably priced. Hot and cold breakfast bar was a nice feature too. The front desk was polite and very helpful. Hotel is also about 5 miles away from Gurnee Outlet mall.

We were here for Navy graduation, the staff was great, extremely helpful in every way. We were very surprised how good the breakfast was and how well kept/clean the whole place was. Very close to naval base and several other attractions. It was great value for the money, Thank you. Would definitly recommend or stay again if ever in the area.

So the positives, staff was friendly, the bed was comfy, it was quiet, the room looked pretty clean, and the breakfast was GREAT! Breakfast included your typical bagels and muffins, but it also had scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, make your own waffles and other assorted things... and we paid $59 to stay.
The one negative is the roomed smelled funny. It smelled like they were trying to cover up a smell with a lot of cleaning supplies... but the mixture was not pleasant. The problem I believe was from the heating/cooling unit in the window. The carpet underneath it was whitish.
I would stay again for the price and the breakfast.

Accomodations weren't bad except the hotel shares a very small parking lot with a restaurant and the DMV. Needless to say, if you're coming in with at 20' trailer, good luck!!
Believe it or not, the room was smaller than the parking lot. Quiet, comfortable bed but the room was beyond small.
