We have stayed at this particular hotel several times. It has never disappointed us. We like the spacious rooms, pool, continental breakfast and staff. Every time we are in the area we will stay here.

This was my first experience with Spring Hill Suites and I would go back. The rooms are a modified suite. Ours had a sitting area and small kitchen and then a small wall separating the bath and the bed area. Clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok for what it was. This is not gourmet dining and the eggs in the morning are preformed patties. For the money this was fine.

With 8 inches of snow on the ground outside, it's a little too cold to be out and about, so we are spending a lot of time in our room. It's clean, and sheets for the pull out couch smell slightly of bleach. Microwave is small but works fine, and the refrigerator is like a dorm size. but has enough room for most things. Had to call down to the front desk for bowls, silverware to cook with. Within minutes these were brought to us.

I don't think the hotel is very full, but we have had no issues with noise at all. Hot breakfast this morning was good - eggs are in pancake shape, premade or maybe store-bought this way. They also have waffles, cereal, sausage, fruit (apples & bananas), milk and juice, etc.

When we checked in, our receptionist was very pleasant. Rolling carts were available in the lobby to get our luggage in from the car. There is a soft drink vending machine in the lobby. Nothing on the floors.

Pool is in a separate building, so no worry about chlorine fumes coming into the hotel.

Love the surrounding area - many restaurants and stores around (including a SuperTarget very close by). Also a big movie theater. If it was warmer out you could probably walk (1/4 to 1/2 mile away) but you probably will want to drive if you have a car?

What I wish I had known before...they have delivery service to the hotel from area restaurants. There is no restaurant in the hotel.

The only negative is the window unit in the room. We were never able to get to a good temperature - either too hot or too cold. Also, there is light that comes in from the parking lot - so if you need total darkness to sleep you should bring some eye shades.

I'd stay here again.

Very clean, friendly staff and nice rooms! The pool area was also very clean, spacious and well kept! Wish we would have had more time to relax but had family to visit. We would definitely stay here again next time in the area.
