We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is small (3 floors, 1 elevator), but what it lacks in size it makes up in customer service, cleanliness and amenities. The rooms, were just the right size, very cozy, had all we needed for our stay - comfy bed ( we just melted into those pillows), refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, free WI-FI, coffeemaker, small separate area with a sofa/sleeper and a nice notice indicating if we forgot some basics (toothbrush, comb, etc please contact the front desk and they would provide them free of charge). The room was spotless, which made it even more inviting! The Free Breakfast was more than we expected - and was not as chaotic as we anticipated. The food was really good and included pancakes, eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, and some super-delicious cinnamon rolls, among other items. I was very happy with the selection. All staff was very nice and helpful whenever we approached them.

This hotel has a pool, albeit a small one, it will do I suppose for those families with kids who insist that they want to go swimming - but it is definitely not a swimming destination getaway type of hotel. Also, the hotel is near (practically walking distance) the Westfield Mall - which is a GREAT alternative to Gurnee Mills and Woodfield Mall - less crowds, a much better, less stressful shopping experience.

We will definitely be returning to this hotel!
