Hotel was OK, nothing special, receptionist was nice, BUT!!!! here it comes! For the night I had parked my car directly in the front of the hotel, directly under the light. In the morning, when I got into my car I realized that it had been vandalized: the windshield was cracked! I could not find any rocks or other objects around the car, so it was obvious that someone walked directly to my car and hit the windshield. I thought we could figure out who has done this but the hotel manager refused to check the tape (they have a big monitor at the reception that shows 9 cameras watching the hotel inside and out). I have called the police, filed a report. The manager promissed to give the tapes free the next wednesday. (why would you have to wait, it doesn't make sense). The next week when I called, the police officer told me that the parking lot camera was turned off that night, and there was no tape. So I had to pay the $600 for a new windshield myself. I never got one SORRY from the hotel, from the manager, nor I could find a glass doctor in the area who could fix the windshield on the week end.
I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Very bad experience, not safe for you, your family or your car.

We have stayed at this Ramada on 3 separate occasions this past year, and each time was better than the last. Each time, the room was large and clean, with all the right stuff. The last two times we stayed in a King room with a jacuzzi, if it is available, I highly recommend it. We had helped our daughter move from her apartment in early August, and then moved her into her new apartment this past weekend. The jacuzzi sure came in handy for our sore muscles. The indoor pool and hot tub were great, the breakfast was adequate, and well attended to. The bed was very comfortable, and the price was great. We would definitely stay here again.

The gentleman that checked us in was unenthusiastic (no smiles whatsoever) ....however we only saw him once, the rest of the hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful.
We were able to check in early by an hour. The room exceeded my expectations considering the price. It was very very clean and comfortable, with the usual hotel toiletries. We didnt get a chance to enjoy the pool, and we did not go to breakfast either. We were hardly there.
I would NOT pay the extra $20 -50 that the other hotels in the area (e.g. Holiday Inn) are asking for. I dont believe they will be that much better. This was perfect for us.

We checked in to stay 10 days on a recent business trip. Everything seemed to be just fine until the weekend of the marathon. After we had stayed there for 3 nights, the manager told us that my husband lied to her about the number of people that would be staying, therefore we would have to pay an additional fee. We stay in hotels approx 355 yr and that is the first time I've ever heard of an additional charge for 2 people staying. I told her we'd check out and the staff became unfriendly and cold. We carry a fair amount of luggage so coming in and out of the self service entryway was a hastle with no help as the front desk just sat there and watched.
