This Hampton Inn is not up to par with the other Hampton Inns. There 100% satisfaction guarantee is a JOKE! The beds were VERY comfortable, it was unfortunate that the hotel staff would not let you sleep. My room was located next to the linen closet. The banging began at 7:00 am. The maids were getting their carts out of the closet. Every movement could be heard through the paper thin walls. Then three maids proceeded to have a LOUD complaint session outside my door for at least 30 minutes, when I gave up trying to sleep and got up and checked out. The whole reason for the hotel was to sleep in after going to a concert.
There was a LOT of noise all night long in the hotel from people coming in from the concert and wedding that night. It did not help that you could see at least a 1/4 inch of light all the way around the door with at least a 1/2 inch at the bottom of the door. Had there been a fire, there would have been no way to keep the smoke out of the room.
When I checked out, Lisa said that there was nothing that she could do because we had "prepaid" on the Hampton Inn site and therefore could not refund out money. Instead I got a $10 Target Card.
The room was dirty, there was a THICK layer of dust on the carpet by the door. There was a gross buildup of grime in the corners of the bathroom. There was a STRONG perfume smell from whatever the staff used to cover up the old smoke smell in the NON SMOKING room.
Go to a different Hotel. I am surprised that Hilton has its name on this hotel.
