The parking was nice, easy to access room. Front desk was a little hard...person didn't know how to check us in. So when we went to the room, it was very clean. The bathrooms were sparkling(not really more like just pure white). The bed(s) were very comfortable with no dirty bloches or hairs. The room was very spacious and well kept(maybe because I was on the 3rd floor). Lastly, the breakfast didnt seem to fill me up but i would stay here again.

Don't stay here if you want to sleep! You can hear everyone above you. We had someone above that made so much noise at midnight that we called the front desk to complain. The front desk said that they have a "three-strike" rule for noisy guests. You complain, they call the room to warn, and after the third complaint, they evict or move them. That was what we were told. It was mignight! At 1am, we called again. At 1:30, we called again. It was awful. The front desk would not offer to move us to another room. The top floor was smoking so that was out of the question since we don't smoke. Finally, we got to sleep. In the morning, our bathroom door got stuck and we couldn't get into the bathroom. BUT, in a flash the hotel gave us a key to an vacant room to use the bathroom!! Interesting they couldn't give us a key to a room when we couldn't sleep! We complained to the front desk upon checkout and got the obligatory apology and a review of the "three strike" rule. We will NEVER stay there again.

Basically I have little complaint about the room itself except I was under the impression it was two doubles and it turned out to be one double bed where a queen could have easily fit. My complaint was that a do not distrub sign was placed on the door and the maid knocked on our door, woke us up and then told us we had to sign a paper if we didn't want maid service. Top that off with maids blocking the way out of the hotel in the morning with all their carts three separate times forcing us to walk around the ousdie of the hotel. I also left my computer power adapter for my brand new computer on the desk and houskeeping failed to both find it, or send it to lost and found. To me, very poor service when they already know my name and address to contact me to let me know I had left it. This will be my last time using their services. I expect and demand better for my money.

I was very skeptic at first after reading the 2nd review but took a chance and when with the hotel. We were very happy with that decision.
I have to say that Gloria is an asset to the hotel. She is very nice and friendly. Made us feel at home. Our room was great and employees were nice. We are sure to return there on our next trip.
