There was mold on the shower curtain, half the lights did not work and a disgusting toilet plunger was left in the bathroom. They need to hire a cleaning service to give a thorough cleaning to the rooms. Breakfast consisted of bagels, bread and cereal. The halls all smelled of smoke however our non-smoking room did not.

On behalf of my daughter and her family who stayed here...We were all in Streator for reunion..pool ice cold..breakfast no good...room not cleaned...people in lobby saying they would leave if they were us..should have listened. Too bad for Streator..

The service was non-existant. I had to go and get my own clean towels and wash rags. The shower curtain was moldy and stained. My bed sheets were only changed once in the month and a half i was there.( did wash them myself) They didn't sweep the floors my whole stay. I took my own garbage out. I had to defrost the fridge to get it to work. The room had a smell. The price was outrageous for what I recieved. I would have gone somewhere else but it was outage time and other places where already booked up.

I would never stay in this place again, even if I was paid! The shower curtains were beyond disgusting. Thank god we only had to stay one night, because I refused to shower. The indivuduals at the front desk came across as rude and annoyed by any request. The pool area had ONE chair and when I asked for another chair so I didn't have to sit on the floor in the pool area, I was refused a chair. There were no towels in the pool area and when the children walked into the lobby area wet, they were yelled at. My brother-in-law's air conditioner was not working in his room, in the middle of JULY, and when he requested a different room or a new air conditioner, he was denied, saying he could check out and go somewhere else. Good luck staying in business running your hotel this way. I will NEVER stay in this hotel again.
