I stayed here for a week in September. It's a great place to stay for its price ($70 for three people through internet booking, plus a $10 off coupon which you can print online). This place is pretty new --- I was told only two years, so everything is in good condition.

PROS:
Bathroom has ventilation
Wireless internet for $4 per stay
Lighting is sufficient
Room is quite spacious
Close to shopping mall (Westfield)
Supermarket (Jewel Osco) is 5 minutes drive away
Accessible location (right next to the highway)

CONS:
Far from downtown Chicago (30 minutes drive)
Carpet not very clean (stained in some places, but still basically clean)
They don't clean everyday (perhaps that's because of my weekly rate)
No oven
They don't provide oil, salt...
They don't provide an extra chair if you are a company of 3

All that being said, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an economic stay in the area.

Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every one.

Large, suite-size room with reclining chair, desk, desk-counter, refrigirator, microwave and kitchen corner. Clean, comfortable, well-maintained, friendly service. Ruby Tuesday right across the parking lot so one can return in the evening, shower, and walk straight to a great dinner that costs less than $20 including tip. Shopping mall is within a 10-minute walk of motel but no ill effects from noise or traffic. The area is very nice in general. Best of all, the price was $82 per night - very difficult to beat in Chicago at the absolute peak of tourism season.

All in all, highly recommended. Downsides:

- one of their maids evidently sheds hair like a doggie... not a huge issue,
everything still clean.

- slight problem with ants in bathroom and kitchen, nothing serious but
it would have been nice without

- front desk hours were a bit short

- no free breakfast

- the location is FAR from downtown Chicago, whether driving or traveling
by public transportation. 2-2.5 hours one way. The commute was very
taxing.
