Very nice property! The front desk was cheerful, polite and very helpful. We were down there to visit family for 6 days, but on down time the hotel staff also had great advice and refreshing commentary on the area. The Property is clean and safe. Breakfast was plentiful. The room was nice and clean and the had ample plug-in at the the desk and a comfortable chair. It had lots of pillows, hot water and the cleaning staff was really nice. I was very impressed with this property. Location was perfect and just before entering St Louis. The location is also next to a Target and a Grocery Store with plenty of eating establishments in the same area. Price was not unusual and most importantly the people were nice. Has a business center and a pool. The pool and hot tub is well kept, we spent allot of time there with the kids. I would return when we need to go back to ST-Louis/Belleville area. I would recommend to anyone !!!!

I've traveled to this hotel twice on business and each time I had a nice stay. It's really close by to plenty of stores and restaurants and conveniently located off of the highway. I was impressed by the breakfast which was very filling - not just your basic continental menu here. Options consisted of pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, biscuits, gravy, juices, coffee, tea and milk. Also in the evenings there is usually some sort of appetizer laid out in the eating area.

I stayed in a standard room with double beds. It was clean and decent. Nothing really fancy or special but comfortable enough with all the basic amenities. It was also nice to have access to a gym in the morning for an early workout.

One of the benefits is that the internet is free. I recently stayed at an Embassy Suites where I had to pay $9.99 a day. Especially when traveling for work this is a perk! The business center is small with only one computer but it doesn't fill up much. I was able to print for free and mostly relied on my laptop anyway! I'd definitely recommend this to others and would stay here again.

Used reward points to stay here for one night and I usually praise the Holiday Inn Express.
This one was a little disappointing.
Our room-104 is in need of a remodel. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, everything else was outdated. Saw some mold in the bathroom area.
The pool was clean and warm, even though we were told not to swim because the hotel had large rolls of carpeting in the swim area. We promised we would not splash the carpet. The hot tub was broken so all you could do is sit in the very hot water. Not very relaxing without jets.
Breakfast was good and food was warm.
