As others have noted, this hotel is dated in style. If that is an issue for the traveler, then this is not the place for you. However, as others have noted, it is clean and professionally run. The staff is friendly and helpful. Internet is the usual hotel crawler, but not nearly as bad as many others. The price is reasonable and the shuttle to nearby (but not so close the planes rattle the windows) O'Hare is convenient. Unusual for Comfort Suites, this location has a small bar/restaurant off the lobby. The staff there is friendly and efficient as well, and I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the food was surprisingly good and very reasonable.

I have stayed there twice, once for one night and once for a week and was happy with both stays.

This is nice clean place in a pretty decent neighborhood not far from the airport. Good breakfast. Clean room. Comfortable bed.

Stayed here twice while going out of O'Hara. A little dated but nice clean rooms - all Suites. Staff very professional and helpful. Shuttle runs on the hour and half hour like clockwork from 4 AM to 11 PM. Breakfast was better than most with a good variety. Legends a good place for dinner and a drink and is attached to the hotel. Overall a good experience and a very good price being around O'Hara Airport. They do charge for local calls so keep the cell handy.

booked this hotel due to proximity to the airport as we had to stay for only one day. the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service from and to the o'hare airport which is very convenient. the shuttle service to the station was very convenient for visiting downtown. The rates are very reasonable due to fact that hotel is located at a comparitively isolated place. However, the overall facilities compensate for the same.
