First I have to say if your in the area this is a place you must check out. First class service all the way, had an issue between the GM,Denise and everyone else they immediately took care. Kudos to the whole staff. Keep it up.

First of all, the Staff at this hotel is first-rate. They know their business and they are always willing to help to the extent of their abilities.

Secondly, there are many places to eat within a short drive without needing to "blow the budget", even if you're on expense report. The nearby eateries are safe, economical, and good-quality --- whether you're looking for Italian, American, Chineese, or German food.

I stayed at the Courtyard with a girlfriend on a shopping trip to Woodfield Mall. We stayed one night and were very pleased with the stay. It was very clean and up-to-date. The beds were comfortable (of course we were very tired from power shopping). We were there a very short time, but would recommed it for the price. The only thing we thought was ridiculous was the price they charged for their breakfast buffet. We skipped it and went to Denny's right around the corner. We were also pleased with the location - right across the street from Woodfield and around the corner from Ikea and the outlets.

I enjoyed the stay here. The hotel rooms were clean and well kept, lobby was immaculate. The best part however was the location; we were close to everything you could need - a mall, food, target/walmart/meijer. Everything was within 5-10 min. from the hotel.
