The staff made our three-night visit a pleasant experience. I was hesitant to choose this property for the low price, but once we checked in I knew I made a great decision. The map that printed off with my reservation was confusing but I phoned the property and was given clear directions.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and everything was great. Very clean, the room is a nice size, close to shopping, check-in was quick and they were very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and there was a nice variety to choose from.

14 family members including 6 from Panama met in Schaumburg for a week in mid-September. We choose this hotel for its proximity to Woodfield Mall and its continental breakfast. The location worked out perfectly with easy access to shopping and to the Interstates when we wanted to venture into the City. Heck, we could have almost walked to Medieval Times! The breakfast worked out perfectly for the family as people could come and go as they woke up. But many times we would just pull the tables together and plan the day's activities.
The front desk was helpful with info about tourist sites to visit and the business center had a couple of computers and printers hooked up to the internet.
The beds were extremely well padded (pillow-top I think) with tons of extra pillows and a fluffy comforter.
The only concern we had with the hotel was how the sound carried from one floor to the next. The walls and doors were thick enough so that we didn't hear people coming and going, but it was very noticeable when the people in the room above us walked across the floor.
Otherwise, we were very comfortable in the hotel for our week-long stay and happy with the service. We would stay there again!

We frequent Schaumberg montly and although we have stayed at other hotels in the area that were of quality The Wingate hotel has always exceeded our expectations. The rooms are very quiet and extremly roomy, and the beds are of upmost comfort. The staff are always available, friendly and helpful. The staff make check in/out an easy process. The amenities are numerous from ample parking to very competitive rates free internet service and their complimentary breakfast has a wide range of foods to choose from. The location affords easy access to major roads shopping and restaurants. A great place to stay!
