My husband and I stayed at the hotel this summer for a convention next door. Our room was pie-shaped. The bathroom was small, but the shower was so small, I could not stretch out my leg to shave it. Water went all over the floor.
The mattress was horrible. I had back pain the next day and was exhausted from lack of sleep. I told this to the gentleman who delivered roon service the next morning. He said the hotel had just changed the type of mattress they use the previous year. I was not impressed with their choice.
I tried to check out from the room, but was unable to do so. There was no bill pushed under the door the day of checkout, so I had to go to the lobby and wait in along line to check out. When questioned about the lack of a bill in our room, the desk clerk informed me the Hyatt stopped doing that to save paper. As I work for a large paper company, I told her we would make more. She replied they wanted to save trees. I told her I was a certified tree farmer, trees are a renewable resource and we are growing more each day. She became snippy.
I will never stay at this hotel again.
Room Tip: Book at a nother hotel.
