Stayed here as part of a group of 46 where we recieved excellent service from all staff memebers, some of whom came in early to accomodate for our early breakfast needs. Rooms were large and spacious (and so were the beds). The hotel has suffered water damage recently, but this has not affected the rooms at all. Would highly recommend as a stop of hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for one night during a tour of North America with a male voice choir from Wales. There were 46 of us staying. I had booked the hotel well in advance and had been in regular e-mail contact with Maria whose service has been outstanding. Maria arranged for a transfer to and from the airport to the hotel and the staff were all most accommodating. The rooms were of a very good quality and excellent value for money. The staff layed on a special reception for us with free appetisers on the evening and came in early to lay on a breakfast for us at 6am due to an early morning flight to Cleveland.
The hotel is minutes away from Chicago O'Hare airport and if you are looking for a stop off hotel and excellent value for your money look no further. I would strongly recommend the hotel. The staff were awesome and could not do enough for us.

This hotel is convenient to the airport, but not worth spending the week. I will not generalize to all Best Westerns; however, this particular one is not up to modern standards that most of us have grown to know. This has been the absolute worst hotel experience in my entire hotel having life. If you are coming to this area PLEASE do not book at Best Western. If you need to crash for one night, it MIGHT be doable.

Given the price, it's a great airport hotel. Rooms are big and come with all the amenities you need, incl. free wifi in the rooms. There is a free shuttle bus running from the airport every half hour - including nights. It does however only go through the international terminal if you call the hotel in advance, and let them know you're there - otherwise you have to go to the domestic terminals.

If you want to use the hotel for a visit to Chicago, think twice. It's a long ride from the hotel to the centre of the city, if you don't drive by car, which you don't want to. Then you have to take the shuttle bus to the airport, and from the airport take the train to downtown. The ride form O'Hare to downtown is about 30-40 min.
