We had a quick stay at the hotel but everything went smoothly. They won my heart with courtesy and a quick check-in, not to mention warm cookies. The room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. We took advantage of the free shuttle to the airport which was convenient. I would stay here again.

This hotel was chosen to host a company holiday party and overnight stay. There is an airport shuttle that runs every twenty minutes to give you a free ride. The hotel is located in an area where you can walk around if you wish. The lobby is very nice, and customer service was efficient. The room was big and clean with a couch and desk and nice tv.
The bathroom had a separate shower, which I loved. The buffet breakfast was really good, but be sure to include when you place your reservation. Otherwise the price will seem to high coming out of your pocket. The party room was spacious and they provieded a previously order menu for our group that was hot and tasted really good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to be comfortable and spends downtime in their room.

The rooms are very large, especially for the Chicago area - both a couch and a reading chair. All bedding and furniture was comfortable. Gibson's Steak House was attached to the hotel and was fantastic - tender, very tasty steaks. There is also a "bistro" restaurant - the food was good but a little overpriced. The pool area was large and well-maintained - the hot tub was large enough for 10 people. The shuttle to the airport runs frequently, 24 hours a day, and is only about 7 or 8 minutes away. The business center was big, with five PCs and printers. They also had free WI-FI access in the room. Only two drawbacks - no refrigerator in the room and no convenient place to walk (for example, to a convenience store) in the very crowded area (packed with hotels serving O'Hare).

On Christmas Day my girlfriend and I decided to go to Chicago for 2 nights for an escape from the hubbub of Xmas and family. Found a great Xmas deal at the Double Tree Rosemont near O'Hare. Great location in the midst of much entertainment and resturants. Covered parking that was $10 a day cheaper than other places and easy access to the hotel from the parking garage. Room was spacious and comfortable. Really enjoyed the small Xmas staff. Hotel is classy and clean. Room was quiet with a large bathroom with both a tub and seperate very large shower. Easy freeway access for downtown on I90. Very happy with this hotel. Only wish they had a fridge in the room.
