What a great property! This is probably the best HIX in the Chicagoland area. Very updated, very modern, and very quiet. Priority Club members get great perks. The rooms and large and super clean. Definitely a top choice if visiting the Chicago/Woodfield Mall area.

I really was impressed with this property. The rooms are comfortable and the service was superb. The morning breakfast was great and the front desk agent gave me a 25 dollar voucher for dinner to McKennas restaurant. The location is not that great, but if you want to getaway from the hustle and bustle of Chicago this is the property to visit.

I have been using this hotel for monthly trainings for the past three years. What possibly more can I say than giving them my repeat business. I recently wrote them a nice note about how impressed I was with their professionalism and care when addressing my training session when another big event was scheduled the same day.

In my note, I put " your professionalism is something I have come to cherish". Katie and Liz have given me much more than I should "expect".

Business and professionalism are things to expect. The management and staff at this hotel go beyond that with genuine concern that your event will be ready, proceed and end without complications. The attention to detail and your requests for room set up, ammenties, etc. I have yet to see matched in 20 years of conducting training sessions in hotels.

We spent two nights at this hotel and were very pleased. Our room was clean, the hotel itself looked clean and well cared for, the internet was fast, and the nights we stayed it was very quiet. The breakfast area was also clean and well stocked and the people at the front desk very kind and helpful. We stayed because it was near a business appointment, but as an added bonus, there is a lot of good shopping and dining in the area! We drove downtown one day and that was an easy 20-30 minute drive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
