Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and neat. Parking was more than adequate. Property overall was very appealing. Our only problem was that the bed was not very comfortable. Both my wife and I did not sleep well as the bed was just to firm to sleep well but we were there for only one night so we made do.

We stayed here when we were visiting family for one night, and it was OK for that one night stay. I'm a germ freak when it comes to hotels, and I felt comfortable in our room. There were no visible cleanliness issues other than the kitchen garbage had an old microwave meal tray in it.

My only complaint would be that I think it was a little pricey for so little. There were only two bars of soap (no shampoo or conditioner), no free internet, no breakfast, very limited TV channels, and no pool. After taxes and fees we paid about $75 for a Saturday night.

We will probably pick a different hotel that has more amenities next time we visit Rockford.

We went to this hotel after abandoning our original reservation at the Alpine Inn down the street (see that review for a laugh).

The service was great at this hotel, from the moment we called, they gave us a better rate then we got on the internet, and were very helpful. They were more than willing to let us check in early because we drove all night to get there and had so many problems with our other hotel.

The room was so clean and spacious. It had a full kitchen area. Service was good through the whole trip. I would recommended!

The rooms are clean and spacious, with no frills. The front counter staff was very helpfull when we requested a couple fixes in our room, and extremely pleasant. We always stay there when we visit rockford. If you want to be pampered, go elsewhere, if you want to have a clean comfortable place to stay with a full kitchen, stay here.
