I stayed here for the first time, just to get away.I was kind of learly when we pull up and I think it showed on my face because when I walk in and was greeted by Lisa I told her what I wanted and she asked if I would like to see the room first? She said you can go to room and look at it and I gtd you will stay so I did just that and to my surpised the room was nice and clean so we stayed. The pool was great and kids loved gameroom also. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends

I just wanted to share the customer service experience that I received from the front desk clerk Donita. She is one of the friendliest person I have come into contact at this hotel. Anytime that we needed anything, any time of day or night, she was right there to make sure it was taken care of immediately. We need more friendly and personable people like her in life. She never had an attitude about anything. She never acted like we were a bother or inconviencing her in anyway. She deserves all the recognition that she can get. And I hope that her manager or the General Manager sees this and does something about it. Thank you very much Donita for your attention to our needs.

We stayed for just one night but I managed to screw up my reservation. The staff at the front desk immediately worked to straighten it up so that I had no additional charges for a place to stay. She also communicated with all other staff the situation and there were no hiccups at all! Our room was clean and the hotel in general was clean. After lots of snow the walkways were clear and nice to get around on. I would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone!

Room was so cold upon arrival, had to use the in-room hair dryer pointed into the room for about an hour or two just to get the temp up to barely a comfortable level. Hot water in the shower lasted about 5 minutes then turned ice cold. Bed is hard as a board. STAY AWAY!!
