I was wary about renting here in the first place just because of the price. I'm all about saving money, but I don't want to feel like I'm sleeping in a roach motel. Well, that's exactly what this was. The room we rented was dirty. When initially walking in, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned. We asked for another room and the desk clerk gave us an even worse one. The bed sheets looked like they hadn't actually been washed in weeks, and there was puke on the floor in the hallway outside our room. When waking up in the morning, it was still there. This hotel staff does not care about this hotel. They are merely here to earn a paycheck, and it shows. This is a disgusting motel, and I wouldn't ever stay here again-even if it were free.

I needed a cheap place to stay for just 6 hours to sleep and shower in the morning. I didn't want to spend any more money than I absolutely had to, as I was literally only going to be there for 6 hours. I was prepared for the worst, but I admit that it wasn't all that bad. The bed and pillows were OK. (I have a bad back, but it was just fine for one night.) And the shower served it's purpose. There were plenty of cars in the parking lot, but for a Friday night it was surprisingly quiet. The room was only about $42 after tax....compared to all the hotels in the same vicinity, that was a steal! The room seemed pretty clean, and I would definitely stay here again....if I were just staying for one night....maybe even two for this price!

I say still because it has the signs of a good motel lacking upkeep. First, the water was hot, the room was clean and warm. The only issue I mentioned to the desk at check out was that when I used the sink in the AM for about 5 minutes, it then took 10 plus minutes to drain the half a sink of water.
Signs of lack of upkeep included, doors that looked like warehouse doors because they had been hit so many times with cleaning carts, no inspection notice posted in the elevator, wallpaper, carpeting and tiles coming loose.
The posted price went from $29 to $32 in early 2011, and is likely still the cheapest motel in the area. Because of the price, I'd recommend this motel, but with caution. Also large vehicle parking is limited.

My husband and I stayed here for one night so we could catch the bus the next morning to Chicago. It is just a short distance to the Coach USA bus terminal. Our room was so so, the beds really need to be replaced as they are rather saggy. The heater wasn't the greatest. You were either freezing (outside temp was below zero) or baking, depending on if the unit was running or not. The tub/shower, toilet and sink all appeared to be clean. The room had a fresh smell even though it was a smoking room. The carpet could have been vacuumed a little better and there was some dust in the corners. And most importantly, it was quiet.
