Smelled like smoke through out the hotel. Our room was nice and smoke free. Quiet. Wanted to check out the pool at 8 am but it was being cleaned. Breakfast was typical continental. Rooms were reasonably priced. Quick service at front desk late at night. Free wi-fi, pillows were fluffy.

I don't recommend this hotel at all. I stayed here for three days of business travel and have never felt less welcome from the minute I checked in. The front desk clerk couldn't crack even a half a smile. She mumbled my room number at me. Ok, I can live with that, but then a couple days later I went to the drink machine and it was out of water. I pushed the button to get my money back - but no luck. I went to the front desk for a refund but of course no one was there. I called out but no one came. I walked to the front automatic doors hoping that would trigger someone to come to the front desk - yes it did! Of course, no smile, no hello. I told her about the drink machine and she questioned the validity of my request for a refund because she just saw me come in the front door. I did get my dollar back but felt like I was asking for the world. Also something is wrong with the plumbing. You can't get cold water out of the sink. It's always warm. The back door to the hotel doesn't lock- I didn't need my security card at all. The room was basically clean and the location was good. The beds and room cost was satisfactory, but I will not stay at this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay while on a road trip. Clean and quiet. with easy access to the interstate.

Our room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. Some noise from a hockey or wrestling team in the hallways but it was taken care of by the staff right away.
