My sister and I went to this adorable little town to see where we 're from. Just alittle down the main highway off the freeway coming in from Hannibal , Mo., the hotel was easy to spot, with alot of free parking. The Inn is 3 stories, with elevators and easy to get around as it's a small property. Our room was ready , exactly what we requested, on a late night arrival, and check in was easy. The room was not overly fancy or modern, and could probably use more modern air conditioning and furnishings, but the room overall was clean and well attended. There was no problem getting any extras we needed for the room from the nice ladies in housekeeping. The property was clean, and had an indoor pool (unfortunately we didnt see anywhere outdoors to sun bathe). There was a very nice complimentary breakfast, eggs, toast, cereal, juices, coffee, all nicely laid out in a litte dining area adjacent to the lobby. The lady who was replenishing the food in the morning actually gave us rolls to go for a long drive ahead of us whn we left. the entire staff was helpful and kind. There was a nice restauarant/ bar just next door which we found convenient,
