Found the hotel clean, beds and pillows comfortable, kitchenette very convenient for travel with young children, resonably quiet despite being full of families as it was Christmas. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was also excellent -- great food with lots of choices.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Peoria area.
One side note -- it can be difficult to find. Just make sure you have very good directions prior to going (I did and had no problem). GPS may not lead you the correct way, so I'd recommend getting directions from the hotel staff by calling them directly. The confusion seems to be in the way the road was constructed by the city (it is indeed, a little strange) -- the only way to the road (that leads to a couple of hotels) is to enter into the Mall parking lot -- then you can pick up the road close to the Sears side of the mall.
