This hotel has recently been renovated and looks very upscale. Everything was clean, beds were comfotable and so was the living room furniture. We were very impressed with the customer service. After we arrived in our room, the front desk clerk called to ask if everything was acceptable. We have never had that happen before. It made us feel welcome and special. Thanks!

The only thing bad about this hotel was figuring out how to get to it off the highway. It is hard to get to but it was well worth the time it took us to get there. The rooms were great with the full kitchens in them. The rooms were very clean and nice. The beds were amazingly comfortable! We slept like logs! The staff was wonderful! We had a problem with the bill and the price we were quoted and they quickly corrected it. The breakfast was very good with a great selection. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in East Peoria.

This was our first time staying at a Residence Inn and we will return. It is in a good location, right off the highway....in the center of Peoria and right next to North Woods Mall. Cooperative staff. Clean rooms....we had a fireplace in our room....nice. Good value.

They say this is a hotel, but actually each is an apartment with it's own seperate living area. Kitchen is large with all the amenties of home. I stay in the 1 bedroom suite. It has TWO TV's! WHen my family visits, we use the pull out couch. They can even bring our dog to visit. two thumbs up.
