I found the clerk at my arrival to be helpful, friendly. The room was more than up to the red roof standards.

We just needed a place to stay overnight for an out of town wedding and we ended up staying here because my husband wanted to save some money. Pulled up and it didn't look too bad... Then we entered the room. It smelled funny, there were hairs all over our sheets all the way down to the matress cover (I know that because my husband went to Wal mart to buy sheets to lay on because these were so gross). There was what looked like a blood stain on the carpet. The bathroom was gross and we could hear people yelling in a nearby room. Would NOT recommend.

It's a little run down on the outside, but I would stay there again. Free coffee and newspapers and a nice restraurant just a few steps away. The non-smoking rooms I was in still smells slightly of smoke.

pros:
super friendly staff.
very reasonable rates.
somewhat convenient location (right next to Perkins and about a mile away from a Walmart)
no highway noise.
microwave in vending area in case you want to heat some food.
no bugs that I have encountered.
free coffee and hot tea all day.

cons:
there were some people blaring their car stereo way too loud by check out where my room was,it was really ridiculous.
at times people screaming and yelling and slamming car doors.
shifty characters walking around at night.
horrid wi fi,it would keep bumping me off too often.
