It's a little run down on the outside, but I would stay there again. Free coffee and newspapers and a nice restraurant just a few steps away. The non-smoking rooms I was in still smells slightly of smoke.

pros:
super friendly staff.
very reasonable rates.
somewhat convenient location (right next to Perkins and about a mile away from a Walmart)
no highway noise.
microwave in vending area in case you want to heat some food.
no bugs that I have encountered.
free coffee and hot tea all day.

cons:
there were some people blaring their car stereo way too loud by check out where my room was,it was really ridiculous.
at times people screaming and yelling and slamming car doors.
shifty characters walking around at night.
horrid wi fi,it would keep bumping me off too often.

It is what you'd expect for the price. Not a lot of perks but well worth the price. The friendliest staff ever from housekeeping on up. Great restaurant next door.

Although not the newest or glitziest facility in town, it has been my first choice for a place to stay for many years. It is always meticulously cared for. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is convenient to shopping, highway access and a variety of local restaurants and attractions. Pet friendly. Safe and quiet. Unquestionably the best value if you're looking for a comfortable place to sleep.
