I would recommend this hotel, it is clean, quiet and the renovated studio rooms on the 7th floor are very comfortable. The room decor is modern and user friendly for the business traveler. The shuttle service is a great bonus to and from the airport and to restaurants and shopping. The shuttle driver Alex was prompt and courteous. The breakfast which is included in the room rate is adequate

I had the opportunity to stay one night at this hotel last week and would stay there again. It was easy to find, plenty of parking and accessible to major streets/highways. Service was friendly, and everything was clean. Accomidations were modern and well put together; I was impressed by the room and it's ammedities. Stay included a voucher for a free drink at the bar that night and a made-to-order breakfast consisting of omelets, waffles, fruit, juice, cereal etc. Overall, I was impressed and would recommend others to stay here.

This is a beautiful hotel, top quality, very modern, and gorgeous on the inside. The exterior appearance does not do it justice. But I can't recommend this hotel because the beds are rock hard. Like sleeping on a futon, one co-worker said. But I think I've slept on more comfortable futons. Pity the designers did not consider bed comfort to be the #1 priority, instead of its appearance. I won't stay there again, I value my sleep! My back, hip, and butt hurt after tossing & turning on that thing all night ~ and it doesn't normally. You get drink tickets when you check in, which are a waste because they are only good for draft beers, well liquor, and cheap wine. I paid for my own. Dinner menu is very expensive. I was looking forward to a steak, but no way at $32-$45 a pop. I "settled" for an $18 pasta dish which was just okay.

I agree with the rude comments made by others... While put on hold to hear the "we are warm and friendly" recording, I experienced quite the opposite from the assistant manager. Shame because there are many other helpful and kind staff members and the place was very comfortable to sleep. But one bad experience is all it takes to send me packing.
