We took a family trip here a few weeks ago and had 5 total rooms. Absolutely wonderful! The rooms were great, the breakfast was great as was the pool. The staff could not have been nicer to our large group. The lobby area with the fireplace was so inviting that the "girls" spent their time there while the rest of us were at the pool with the kids. So cozy! I highly recommend this and since one grandson goes to Bradley and another granddaughter has justs been accepted there I'm sure we will be here again! A little distance from downtown Peoria, but worth the short drive. ALso check out Bass Pro Shops! A city in itself! All really enjoyed that!

My wife and I have stayed at this property 4 times in the last 4 years. My companies Christmas party is held just two blocks away and we have booked a room here each year for the last 4 years. Our rooms have always been ready and well cleaned. We have stayed in the regular rooms and in the jacuzzi suites and have always been very satisfied with the room quality and value for the money. It is also very close to several different places to eat and shop for anything that you may have forgotten. The included breakfast in the morning has biscuts and gravy, waffle maker, cereal, juice bar, eggs and sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit and plenty of coffee. If you plan on staying in Peoria and are looking for a very comfortable place to stay, we highly reccommend the Americinn

Spent 5 nights here in late November, early December. The staff was so helpful in providing input on places to eat, and so receptive with any questions or comments. The room was clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast and evening "Happy Hour" were pleasant. Panera Bread is right across the parking lot, and a grocery store across the street. I would recommend this place. Easy access to the mall and shopping too.

I had out of town guests over Thanksgiving weekend requiring a handicap accessible room. On Thanksgiving evening I made the reservation through Central Reservations and found the handicap room was available only the one night. I then took my guests over to the hotel to check in. By the time we got there, Melissa - at the front desk - warmly welcomed us. She also had contacted the party who had reserved the handicap room for the following nights - to see if they really would be requiring a handicap room or if it could be made available for my guests. That was just the beginning of Melissa's awesome display of customer service. My guests and I agreed she truly went above and beyond - in helping us and accommodating the special needs for my guests. Their stay at the AmericInn was 4 nights total and experienced a wonderful time, accommodations and most of all - a top notch staff. I will definitely be using this hotel again!
