Never, ever again...Would sleep in my automobile first !!!!!!!!!! Check in went smoothly. The room itself looked old and run down. (We booked a suite). Stained carpeting, furniture...stale odor. (went to a store and purchased air freshener). Poor quality pillows and mattress and linens. Overall quality was very poor. 2 lamps in room would not functioning. Large stains on wall (old wall coverings that had been painted over !!!). Table had a poor refinishing job - which left the table top sticky. Pool area - Nasty !!!!! Water fountain had dead bugs, and the bottom was rusted. Floors surrounding pool was dirty...no correction...Filthy. The breakfast...don't bother !!! Then at check out time....hummm....the language barrier came into play. Tried to overcharge. The woman had such a difficult time understanding.....but was quite clear in her attempts to overcharge... Never again would I consider staying at this hotel. The overall stay was very poor. For the run down condition of this hotel, the price should be more like $19.99 a night....and I still do not believe this would be a bargain. !!!!!!! Inspect your room before you book.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights...we got there Friday night and were told that our room had been double booked and given to someone else! I called several other hotels (all of which were full because it was Labor Day weekend), while my husband "discussed" our reservation with the front desk guy. He finally said that he found a "clean room that he thought was dirty." Saturday morning, I found a cockroach on the floor. The breakfast was bad...donuts were hard. Saturday night, I went to lay down in bed with my baby and a cockroach came crawling out from under the pillow! We demanded our money back (still waiting to see if we get it) and left to go somewhere else!

Bottom line: Poor customer service...language barrier...filthy...BUGS!

I stayed there for one night in late august and was greeted by a very nice man whom I later found out is a new gm by the name of Jeff. He was very friendly and professional. Had a very nice stay. Passed on the morning breakfast..selection was abit small. Thought it was very nice the morning desk clerk seemed friendly and said good morning as soon as she seen me and ask me if all was ok with my stay.

We stayed here due to the cost and location to the sports dome. Uncomfortable issues with group booking procedures and language barrier. Very rude! Upon checking in, went downhill from there. Lights in pool area were not turned on even when children were present. Allowed children of other guests to run the halls all hours of the night, but made the adults talking in lobby be quiet (we got shshd several times) during the noon hour. Many more issues as well. Have stayed here in the past and never had any issues. This hotel has now been "blacklisted" from our team.
