We have enjoyed Best Westerns in the past, but unfortunately this one did not meet my expectations. We went to the pool shortly after arriving on a hot Saturday afternoon. There were no pool towels but we did not notice until we were already wet and swimming. My daughter went to the desk dripping wet and through air-conditioned hallways to ask for some. She was told that there were none available and that they were "out". One lady was willing to give her a couple of regular towels but another lady (a supervisor I imagine?) said that she couldn't do that. Therefore, there was nothing left to do but to return to our 2nd floor room down a long, air-conditioned hallway dripping wet and freezing cold. Luckily we had bath towels in there that had not been used yet! Also, between the time we arrived on Saturday around 4 pm and the time we left on Sunday morning at about 10 am, the garbage at the hotel entrance was overflowing (literally) with trash. Not very welcoming. We will not be back. Also, the breakfast was just AWFUL--they served those disgusting "scrambled eggs" that I believe are some kind of "fake" eggs and the eggs and coffee were not hot enough. Breakfast was super-crowded in a very tiny room.

I would first like to thank you for taking the time to review our hotel and I apologize for your experience during your stay. Due to the number of guests utilizing our pool area, we have added more pool towels, however the reaction of the employees at the front desk is not a common representation of how guests are responded to. I have reviewed with those two employees your experience and what the proper response would be in order to ensure that all guests needs are taken care of. I am sorry that you did not enjoy our breakfast buffet. We do try to serve products that our guests enjoy and I will take your suggestion on the scrambled eggs into consideration.
