OK, you can stay in Chicago for the big bucks or you can stay here for a lot less. This place is clean quiet and priced for less than a third of what would cost down town and you don't have to pay fro parking.

We were there for a funeral, and were treated like quest should be treated in all hotels.The front desk personal were very friendly and went out of there way to please us.The room was clean and a little small but we loved it ! Swimming pool was very nice plenty of towels avalible brekfest well stocked would stay there again.

It was difficult to get a good night's sleep with such thin walls and other guests voices loudly penetrating our walls. The windows have short curtains so the sunlight pours into the room and there is no way to block it. The internet did not work the entire second day, and housekeeping showed up at 6:30 AM! The breakfast was below average and served in Styrofoam. Some rooms have been more updated than others; ours was not one of those. Also, the location was chosen because of the proximity to the city, but we had to pay tolls over and over to and from the hotel and the construction around the hotel was terrible (NOT worth it!)

In Chicago, this is a real bargain. For the price, the place was much more than we had expected. It was in a nice setting, the facility was bright, clean and welcoming. The room and the bath facility were large. It, was well furnished with a good bed. At night, the exterior was well lighted and one felt safe and secure. The breakfast had a nice food selection in an attractive dining area. We found the staff above average, friendly and helpful.
