The hotel and setting are very nice. I would stay there again, BUT I would skip their Windows restaurant. Worst dining experience of my life -- incomplete meals, missing meals. The waiter totally disappeared for about a half hour. It was 1 3/4 hours before everyone in our party of 11 was served (we were a large party but the restaurant was practically empty). Those with meals had to scrounge for butter, sugar, etc. My husband paid $120 for seven breakfasts and although the front desk apologized and took my name, we did not receive a discount or any other consideration.

We were just in town for the Christmas holiday and always stay at Marriotts. We really did not spend a lot of time at the hotel because of family in the area, but found the time we did spend to be very pleasant. The hotel has very nice comfortable rooms. Breakfest was included in our two night stay and it was excellent for a buffet. The wait staff was wonderful. The grounds include a golf course. Very close to the Oak Brook shopping area and some very good restaurants. The work out room was also very nice for a hotel.

Unbelieveable service with beautiful rooms. Staff went out of their way to make my family welcome. Will definitely come back here again.

The room we had for several nights was clean and quiet but small and cold. Even when the thermostat was set on 75', the room temperature stayed below 69'. The only eating places were the main restaurant-okay food but erratic service and fairly high prices-and a coffee shop with coffee and breakfast foods only. There are many fine restaurants in the area if you have the time to drive through heavy traffic. We enjoyed the unusually large indoor pool. The staff was generally pleasant.
