I arrived at the hotel at 12am and there was no one at the front desk, as a matter of fact i ended up waiting for the guy to feel like popping up from a hidden office they have . His shirt was wrinkled and he didn't look like he cared about his appearance. I had a three night stay that got weirder by the day, there was someone in the hotel smoking pot and the coffee machine still had the coffee filter from the previous guest, the fridge in the room was making banging noises here and there as well. All in all the stay wasn't that horrible as it seems the morning staff were very sweet and attentive and it was just of the freeway, even though it is in a confusing business park that you needed to take a make twist and turn to find. there was a pool, whirlpool, and business center that was easy and fast to use. If in Oak Brook for business I guess this hotel is ok to stay at but just ok.

I've stayed at several different hotels in the area, but this has become my favorite. Very conveniently located, great service, nice rooms and good breakfast. Only downside is that they don't offer standard rooms with 2 double beds, just a queen bed and a pull out sofa. So not as convenient/comfortable when you're travelling with friends/family.

The bed were very uncomfortable, we had the regular bed, the sofa pull out, and a roller bed, the regular bed was decent, the others were horrible. Staff is great, they are really nice and helpful. The indoor pool/jacuzzi was really nice, they're very relaxing. Breakfast was good too.

Ive stayed here two times each time for a week due to TDY orders(I'm military) and each time has been a great experience. The staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The rooms are very clean. They serve dinner on monday - wednesday and its usually ok(dinner includes free beer on tap and wine). Breakfast every morning. The only drawback of this hotel IMO is that the tv's are outdated and the beds are kinda firm....but that's a small price to pay for the hospitality this place provides.
