“Great stay!”

This hotel was perfect for us! We took a quick 3 day trip and the hotel worked out perfectly/ Nice location close to restaurants, stores (specifically Target ) and things to do. The hotel is new and the rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Loved the free room internet. We had the breakfast buffet on Saturday morning and it was great. We loved Rose the server! She was sweet and took care of us! Overall GREAT stay and the price was right. We would stay here again for sure!

Thank you for your recent review. I too love our location. We are really the only hotel in the area within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Our hotel opened in October 2008 so we have just been open for three years. With the high occupancies we run, you can see the difference a great houskeeping team makes. We are so proud of the job they do. You also mentioned our breakfast and Rose in the restaurant. We do have a full service restaurant and lounge. I will tell Rose that you complimented her. She has been with us since the beginning and you can tell she really loves her job and the people she meets. I hope your travels bring you back this way again. “Great hotel in Chicago area!”

We just returned from attending a wedding outside Chicago. We stayed at the Sheraton Northbrook. It was a very nice, very clean hotel. Staff was friendly and accomodating, and allowed us to switch from a king room to a double/double, and get early check-in. We got a great rate, too! Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: We ended up in a handicapped room, and if you had kids, it would probably give you a bit more floor...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our hotel. I am happy to hear that you had a great experience at our hotel. Our hotel is the newest hotel on the NorthShore and we have an exceptional housekeeping team that keeps the hotel looking as good as the day we opened. Our front desk is awesome. I'm sure you appreciated the early check-in. When I travel and have to wait to get a room until check-in time, it can really be inconvenient. We do our best to get guests in anytime they arrive. Glad to hear they were able to move you to a double room and your tip about the accessible room. What a great recommendation when traveling with children. “surprisingly nice”

Very pleasant stay this past weekend with many friends to attend a wedding. Rooms were very stylish, beds comfortable, bathroom amenities very nice. No safe, refrigerator, or fan in the bathroom, Great gym and lounge on the main level. Very quiet location.

Dear JPMF

Thank you for your recent review of the Sheraton Chicago Northbrook. I am so glad to hear from our weekend wedding groups. I think our hotel is the perfect choice for wedding room blocks. With us only having 161 guest rooms, it is a much more intimate setting for relaxing and enjoying your time with friends. Our hotel opened in October 2008 so we are the newest hotel on the NorthShore. As part of the Starwood hotels and resorts family, you can see the style and feel the difference when you stay here. Our safes are located in the back office where you would have 24 hour access and refrigerators are available on request. In terms of our bathroom fans, we have a vent above the shower head in each bathroom which pulls the humid air out of the bathroom. It is all done through a central system and you do not have a switch to control. You don't mention if you were having a humidty issue in the bathroom but I would like to hear so we can make sure the vent is doing it's job. I know as part of a wedding you don't always have a choice of the hotel you are staying at and I'm glad to hear that you were pleased with your stay. “Best staff ever”

The rooms were promptly clean, the iced coffee in the morning was the best part of my morning and the staff was the reason I'll be back. I would expect anyone traveling in this area to at least stop by for a drink with Joe behind the bar! The rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfortable and warm welcomes were offered by Brad and Colin at the front desk. This hotel made my business travel experience great! I think a lot of chains loose the personal touch, not the Sheraton Northbrook. Customer service was exceptional.

Thank you for your review of our hotel and your compliments to our housekeeping, front desk and lounge staff. We have been consistantly ranked in the top 5% of all Sheraton hotels in North America for guest satisfaction which is why we stive so hard not to lose that personal touch you were speaking of. The staff at this hotel went over and beyond. Everything about the hotel is top rated. We had a sick grandchild and the staff helped find a pharmacy at 3:00 am. They provided the transportation. Always service with a smile. I felt the personnel was family.

We have never been treated better at any hotel! I would give it 10 stars!
