they lost my resv. we were suppose to have a room with 2 queen beds. it took them over 2 hours to check us in even after i gave them my conf. number. then when we get a room, the ac does not work, cable does not work, the room smelt like mildew, the ceiling was falling threw, and leaking, the state of Illinois shut the pool down, you could not get ice out of the ice machine or any of the vending machines, there was no electric to them, and there was not the whole time we were there. we complained 7 times in one day about the ac not working and no one would come and even look at it for us. we had to take turns staying up at night because we had to leave our door open to get some kind of air. it was over 90 in our room. they finally said that they would move us to a DIFFERENT ROOM, BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. There were people out side of our room, selling drugs. we went to the office and complained about it and we were told that not to worry about it that they are there at night doing it all the time, for us just to stay in our room with the door closed. well that was a little hard seeings that we had NO AC at all. there were alot more problems , but i would never stay there ever again. no matter what. and we could not check into another hotel because they were all full, people were in for the same reason we were, for the navy graduation.
