So many things wrong with this place, When you first enter, it appears to be a nice place, with a good lobby, chandeliers, etc. As I got my key cards and walked through the hallway, I noticed all of hallway lights are not covered, and make this incessant buzzing noise. 3/4 key cards that I obtained for my room did not work. When I finally got the correct key card to enter, the room smelled of smoke, despite being a nonsmoking room. The smoke detector on the wall had been ripped out.

The beds were dusty, and were not even flat, they crooked towards the floor at a 10 degree incline. The room was also freezing cold, and it took the heater all day to warm it up to an acceptable temperature. When I got up in the morning to go get breakfast, there were a bunch of ho hos that were still in their wrappers, with a sign that said "Express Breakfast" on it.

Needless to say I was not impressed. This is possibly the worst places I have ever stayed. I asked some staff what happened to this hotel, as the decorations and some other parts of the room looked as if this was once a decent place to stay. Apparently, the current management was running this place into the ground, and have not invested in maintaining the place in years, and have been making terrible decisions. For example, the bistro restaurant that used to be connected to the restaurant was a decent place to eat, but as the quality decreased, nobody wanted to eat at the restaurant anymore. So they are in the process of taking out a restaurant to make room for office space. What business would want to rent office space in a third rate hotel? All of that money spent on reconstruction of that space could have been used to at least trying to make this place a decent place to stay.

The most hilarious thing is the management seems to be oblivious to how terrible this place really is! Everywhere there are signs saying we should rate them online on hotels.com and Expedia. I hope that they bring in someone new to manage this place.
