Checked in very late. Was greeted with a warm welcome. Checkin was quick. Advised about amenities. Room was spacious and clean. Ample of towels. Great breakfast. Beds were obviously changed recently. Kudos to the management team. Keep it up!

My spouse and I were traveling through on Thanksgiving and had a fantastic night at the Best Western in their Presidential Suite. It was large and spacious! A rich gold and red decor with all amenities. The whirlpool was a pleasant treat and relaxing before our big shopping day at the nearby Chicago Premium Outlets. Friendly staff helped with an easy checkin and checkout. Definitely a great place to stay!

I have stayed at the Best Western Naperville several times. I am picky about my accommodations and have found the Best Western Naperville worth returning. The Front Desk staff are pleasant, informative and friendly. The front desk pointed out that the mattresses had been recently replaced.
I found the hotel room are very clean and the new mattresses were well worth noting! I certainly would recommend the hotel to friends.

Very nice and well appointed rooms; microwave, coffee maker, complimentary breakfast (Belgian Waffles), very friendly staff. This hotel is on a par, or better in some comparisons than the higher priced chains like Marriot, Hampton Inn, etc. One of the best values I've seen in a while. There is no restaurant or bar, but there's a decent Chinese restaurant we ate at next door. Downtown Naperville has a lively nightlife, but its far enough from the hotel you'd want to drive. There's an Amtrak/commuter station for easy access to downtown Chicago or westbound Amtrak trains.
