This was booked through Priceline by making a bid. I wanted someplace to stay that was inexpensive and stayed for a week. I didn't need anything spacious since I wasn't going to be in the room except to sleep, shower, cook breakfast, and I wanted a refrigerator.
I got what I paid for: nothing more nothing less. The room was clean. One disappointment going through Priceline is that I couldn't guarantee a non-smoking room and ended up with a smoking room. The staff switched me to a non-smoking room after three days. When I got to the new room I found that the coils in the refrigerator were frozen over, so it did not cool properly. I had to wait for about 20 hours before they were able to bring in a new refrigerator. In the meantime though, the staff was very nice and let me keep things in the office refrigerator . Another guest across the hall knew of my plight and offered to store my milk in his room overnight so I wouldn't have to go trapesing down to the office in the morning.
For a few extra dollars I was able to acquire a wireless internet password which was good for my entire stay. No problems and the speed was good.
The property was within a few minutes of the freeway. There were no restaurants close by. The property is located away from any major street, in the midst of office buildings, so the surroundings are quiet . There was a strip mall about 5 minutes away by car. There were numerous restaurants there and a "super" Target where you could get anything from furniture to socks to groceries.
Even though there were some problems, the fact that the staff were courteous made the situations easier to deal with.
