this hotel is a true GEM in the O' hare hotels world. Great budget hotel. Shuttle service to and from O' hare outstanding. Room and bathroom, very clean. Bed was super comfortable and enjoyed the large flat sreen satellite tv. The room also has a mini fridge and a coffee maker. The included breakfast was average, but filling. I would stay there again, without any doubts. The desk clerks were both very kind and helpful. The breakfast lady treated me like family.

We recently stayed at this location only because we stayed there before in 2008 and it was great, but now after what we experienced this time we will never stay there again. Customer Service at the desk was not friendly AT ALL. Woman at the desk, so called her self a (Front Office Manager) was the worst of all. Very unprofessional, rude and careless. Breakfast is a joke, we talked to the GM of the property and it look like he really dose not care what we think or feel. DON'T STAY THERE. WE WILL NOT
and we will make sure that our friends and family spread the word around.
The worst Country Inn & Suites ever.

This was a nice enough hotel. Fridge and microwave in the room, coffee maker, and other amenities that you expect at a Country Inn and Suites. Slight negative in that it was a little further out for an O'Hare airport. Also slight negative that there wasn't much to choose from nearby, and that the room I was given (I think 212) was _right_ above the kitchen, so I had the privilege of having Christmas music going all night right below me. If you book in the near term, perhaps request rooms _not_ above the kitchen. 4 out 5 - a good place.

We recently stayed at this hotel. Breakfast was redundant. They served the same thing every other day. They also had a running electric fan around the pool...very dangerous. Otherwise the staff took care of us and saw to it that we were comfortable. And it's right across from a Dairy Queen and down the street from two grocery stores and a Walgreens.
