Well I want to give a honest review so this may be a bit long. I will start with the good part, the front desk clerk I believe his name was Deepish or something close to that. (Sorry if I got it wrong) He was extremely helpful! He made sure I was satisfied with everything and that I was happy. He really went out of his way to keep me happy. If I came to him with a problem, he would try his best to fix it. He was very friendly and helpful. He actually gave me a better room when I had a problem with the one the other desk clerk gave me.Now, the bad part.When I first got there I asked for a king sized bed. I was told the room I will be given has a king sized bed, it didn't. It was a smaller bed. Then I was told they have breakfast in the morning. It isn't breakfast, they just provided packaged foods like muffins and danishes. They do have coffee, tea and beverages though the orange juice was gross. Then the hot water in my room was not working properly, I could only have like a 5 minute hot shower. The window also was broke. Also, if you want a non-smoking room I strongly advise you request a room on the 1st or 3rd floor. Some of the rooms on the 2nd floor are smoking so that floor smells really bad. The main reason I gave a high rating despite these problems I had is because of the clerk I spoke of earlier. He really helped to make my situation better.
Room Tip: If you are a non-smoke do not get a room on the 2nd floor if you cant stand the smell of smoke. The...
