Nice hotel. Well maintained. Awesome and spacious room. Very clean. Love the dual-side sleeping number bed. Good breakfast too.

I am pretty picky with regard to hotels and I spend many nights a year in hotels around the world but I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Good deal for the room and service for the price.

The hotel is probably the nicest in the Quad-City area. I stayed here with my family - wife and 2 young children. The service was excellent, the pool was clean and refreshing and breakfast was great. The best thing about the hotel was that it is really clean.

My husband, our adult daughter and I stayed here when we were attending a concert at the iWireless Center, which is just steps away. This Raddison is much roomier and nicer than others where I have stayed. The linens/spreads were all a sparkling white and the pillows plentiful and of a good quality. Lots of towels were provided--more than in similar hotels. The service was excellent. While the hotel could not guarantee adjoining rooms, they did accomodate our request on a very busy weekend for the hotel. We were extremely pleased and would return. I would recommend the nearby Johnny's Steakhouse, which is right across the street and has a wide selection of quality steaks and seafood. There is also a TGIF Friday's adjoining the hotel.

A great hotel stay for a wedding that was disrupted by an inconsistent level of service by the front desk staff.

They gave us preprinted directions that did not account for closed entrances due to road construction. Did not even bother to tell us that there were detours. To top it off when we returned to try and find our way they had a problem giving us correct directions!

Printers for the business center did not work for two days and they were reluctant to print boarding passes.
