We've stayed here many times and while it's not our first choice for comfort, etc., we always get the best price here. Our rate was $25 less than the Holiday Inn Express, which would be my first choice. Room was large; lots of fluffy linens; quiet room with minimal noise from upper floor; fairly quick internet access in Business Center. Breakfast was okay--not great--2 hot items (eggs of some type and a meat), muffins, bagels, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc. Coffee was good and good juice selection. Breakfast area attendant was very conscientious and kept things clean and fresh. Previous comments about front desk were noted and while we did not observe the same issues, more often than not there was no one at the front desk when we came and left during our 4 night stay. We'll probably stay here again more because of the rate than the facility.

I was driving my family home from Florida and this is half way. I am a Diamond member and stayed at this hotel a couple of months ago. We stopped to get a room around 1pm as everyone was very tired of driving. I went into the hotel to rent 2 rooms and waited at least 5 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. I saw a sign that said with another guest try calling which I did and no one answered. I gave it another 5 minutes and went looking for someone. I found a couple of workers and asked where the Front Desk person was. They said probably at lunch as this is usually the time the GM comes over and they go to lunch. They said they usually do not tell them when they leave so they had no idea when they would be back. Usually they are gone around an hour. I asked what happens if the phone rings and they said it just usually rings and the person must hang up.
I thought what a way to run a business and thought this was really rude and after waiting another 5 minutes decided to take my family to the Hampton Inn where we were waited on immediately, was given a couple of rooms at a discount and I even signed up for the Hilton Honors program.
A GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND WE PLAN ON STAYING THERE THE NEXT TIME WE COME IN. Really disappointed in the Comfort Suites and the way the front desk area looked with a trash can under the middle of the counter with papers falling out all over and a large cup of soda setting on the counter. This just does not represent Comfort Suites at all.

We just needed a clean place to sleep. The floor in the room was damp but they came right away to clean it and run and ozone machine. However, it was still damp the next morning. The room had an overpowering smell of cheap air freshener your grandmother would buy. It wasn't horrible but I prefer no smells at all. With the damp floor and weird smell, I wondered what they were trying to cover up. The room and hotel was clean and the quiet. We slept well and enjoyed the breakfast the next day. i would stay again if I had to but will look for a cheaper alternative for my next stay.

My room smelled like cigarrettes and when i told the front desk she offered to come up and spray air freshener...then they charged my personal account rather than charging our company card and said it may take up to 15 days to get my money back. The elevator is slow, staff isn't very helpful,and i don't think my room was clean the first day i got there. oh and the pillows are these tiny small squishy squares...they suck!
