I stayed in this hotel while visiting my daughter who lives just outside of Macomb. Since this was a newer property, I expected it to be clean and updated. I got what I expected, and then some. Not only is it both of those, but the rooms are attractive and spacious, as well. The rate was so good that at first I thought it was a mistake... I've spent much more to receive much less. The staff was courteous, accommodating, and welcoming. I graduated from WIU 21 years ago, and am pleased that Macomb's lodging offerings have expanded. I don't know the quality of the other hotels and motels in Macomb, but I can safely say that you won't be disappointed if you choose this hotel.

The room was spotless I couldn't find one thing wrong the mattress made for an amazing sleep! Once in the room I did not hear one noise it was so peaceful amazing breakfast if I ever had to recommend a hotel this would be my first choice

This hotel is exceptionally nice and up to date. The lobby is really nice and so are the rooms. We had a room with a king bed and it is absolutely beautiful and everything is nice and clean. Linens and furniture are in excellent shape. Convienent location and I would recommend this to anyone.

This newer hotel is very clean with great amenities! Pros: Comfy beds, clean rooms/bathrooms, Larger Flat TVs, Fridge and Microwave in room, Well decorated, Large Vanity, Free WiFi - easy to access, AC/Heat controlled in room, Windows open (nice to get fresh air in rooms!), about 5 min from WIU, friendly staff, decent hot/cold breakfast, easy access to grocery story and wal-mart, Cheaper than Hampton and just as nice, indoor pool and work-out... Cons: Breakfast is only 7:30-10a (wish it were earlier), if your neighbors are loud or running around you may hear it... doors are pretty loud when they close.
