This place is a hidden gem among the other overpriced hotels in the area. It is absolutely not fancy (and kind of looks its age), but clean, comfortable, a fantastic value, and the customer service was excellent. Each room has a very small kitchenette including two burners, a fridge, microwave, and dishes/silverware. (Oddly, though, no towels or dish detergent so having used the plates, I could not wash them and had to leave them dirty in the sink.) The location is very convenient off I-355, although there are no restaurants (or anything else for that matter) within walking distance. The value for the price was outstanding. Ample parking is available on-site. The bed was fine; not the firmest nor most luxurious I've ever seen, but far from the worst and I slept very well. This might end up being my de-facto place to stay whenever I am in the area on business.
