i stayed at an extended stay only because of their weekly rate. after checking in at around 5 to my suprise my whole room was in the state as if no one had cleaned it. the sheets were on the carpet and their were plates in the sink and dirty towels in the bathroom. what the hell was this? i paid almost 80 bucks for a dirty room? i think not . i went to the front desk got a refund and left. thats the first and last time im staying at the extended stay lansing

What you don't know when you check in here is that there are roving bands of car thieves in the area that smash and grab. In our four day stay we were broken into twice. The management at the hotel was completely uninterested in what had happened to us. We were told to file a report with local police. I had to have a smashed window fixed by a local auto glass shop who confirmed the story about the band of thieves.
We felt completely unsafe.
We also found the desk unmanned for long periods of time, which made us feel even more unsafe.
