AVOID!! This is one of the worst hotels in Lansing! Dirty carpet, old, outdated everything, needs a serious makeover in & out! Location is on a back road, look like a perfect spot for anything goes..if you know what I mean. Staff was nice though. From the front door down the hall smelled like marijuana and I reported it. Toilet backed up, & water drains ever soooo slowly in tub and sink. We brought our own blankets to lay on top of. We used Priceline & purchased room for $45/night..what a waste! The rates are normally $42-52/night. Never use Priceline to bid on any hotels in Lansing..NOT WORTH IT! And Priceline will avoid helping you...they do NOT honor their "Best Price Gaurantee" neither. Instead they try to brush you off and then hang up in your face! The hotels claim they cannot assist you neither..yea right, whatever. The only hotel that I would stay in next time in this area is the new Holiday Inn Express (3 1/2 star & only one) right around the corner. The cost may be higher but at least it will be clean, safe and comfortable!

I stayed here on a cross country trip. Although the room was clean over all the entire place, room and motel, were just old and run down. The hallways were were poorly lit. Everything was just generally just run down. It didn't look like the place had ever been touched since first built. New carpeting would go a long way in making the place look better. Also the tub and sink could both use a whole bottle of Liquid Plumber each. The tub had almost 12 inches of water in it by the time I finished showering and took almost a half hour to finish draining.
