Was not expecting a luxury hotel, but stains and cigarette burns on the chair cushions and no shower curtain? Definitely could use some upgrades.

all around solid place. clean, there is a restaurant, bar, internet in the rooms, everything you need.

This is not an Express location. It's a refurbished Convention Center style building. Rooms are small but adequate and my King room included a refridgerator, not listed under amenities. Has room service and full restaraunt on site.
Nicely updated with good linens and optional pillow menu-nice touch. Great location off I80 and a good value for the money.

Holiday Inn Joliet is comfortable and clean. The staff is very welcoming and down to earth.

Beds are comfortable. An array of pillows to choose from and if the kind you want isn't in the room, they'll bring you the kind you need.

Pool is really nice. They just filled it the day we arrived and it was already warm enough to get into since it's a heated pool.

Bathrooms are very clean. Decor is updated.

The only negative I can give is that the hotel resturant isn't open for lunch. So either eat the breakfast buffett late and grab an early dinner or go out for lunch. There are several eating establishments in the area.
