We had an enjoyable stay here, the staff was very friendly, the rooms and facilities were clean. Brenda, who managed the breakfast area, greeted guests and made them feel welcome, even early in the morning! and she was quick to clear the tables and let guests know when hot food woudl be available. Well done!

Went to Jacksonville for a funeral. Heard this was the best property.

Pros:
1. Large rooms (some of the largest I've seen!)
2. Very clean
3. Comfortable bed and no grody comforter (they use the duvet)
4. Nice pool and hot tub area
5. Free breakfast
6. Free wifi

Cons
1. My mom says she saw mold in her bathroom; however, I didn't see it.
2. The room price was fairly high for Jacksonville.

This is exactly what you expect at a Holiday Inn Express: clean, friendly service, mid-level rates (about $81 the night I stayed). This one appears to be fairly new. Only (minor) downside is it is about 1.8 miles from town center, but it is right of the freeway.

I would stay here again. However, when booking the room I requested lower floor, didn't get it, and adjoining rooms, didn't get it. Was clean, though and reasonably priced.
