This is exactly what you expect at a Holiday Inn Express: clean, friendly service, mid-level rates (about $81 the night I stayed). This one appears to be fairly new. Only (minor) downside is it is about 1.8 miles from town center, but it is right of the freeway.

I would stay here again. However, when booking the room I requested lower floor, didn't get it, and adjoining rooms, didn't get it. Was clean, though and reasonably priced.

We were returning from a trip to my son's in Wisconsin and decided to pay a little more and stay at this hotel as our experiences with Holiday Inn Express have always been good. We also needed a hotel that allowed pets and was surprised that they did. The gave a better price than what I saw on-line and ended up not charging us the extra $10 for our dog. The hotel was very clean; staff very nice and helpful, accomodating as we wanted a ground floor room and got one. Definitely would stay there again.

I've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express twice this year, in August and back in January. My Grandmother lives in Jacksonville so I make the trek from NY a couple of times a year. I used to stay at the Hampton Inn but after staying here in January I decided this hotel was just as nice, had a better price and was much more convenient getting on and off the highway (it's just off the exit). Free breakfast has lots of options, pool area and workout room are nice size. Bedrooms are up to date and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Jacksonville or nearby towns.
