I generally stay at a Hyatt Place when I travel. This one is especially nice because the staff go out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. They offer a bus service to pick you up and drop you off with a pleasant attitude at your choice of destinations (train, dining etc). The food is good and not over priced. Will continue to stay at this location during my travels. Definitely recommend.

The hotel looks like a brand new hotel with contemporary furniture and excellent maintenance. The breakfast was good and lots of options. We had a problem with AC at midnight and the support staff came and tried but couldnt fix the AC. Next day we called the hotel manager but she didnt offer anything other than a callous apology. Other than the hotel manager, we would highly recommend this place.

The staff are extremely accomodating and helpful! The rooms are clean and spacious and very comfortable.

As a frequent visitor on business with the Hyatt, I have been thankful for a hotel that has charm, amazing staff and server on a consistent basis for 4 years.

I've stayed in the hotel regularly 3 months at a time and from day 1 to checkout the service has been excellent, the rooms are serviced early morning and spotless. The hotel staff are very flexible and will happily cater round you if you want an extended checkout, room cleaning later in the day etc.

The bar has adequate facilities and got a required update for wines and spirits in 2010. They've started to experiment with cocktails and that has been a nicely added bonus.

The food facilities are good, but the menu isn't extensive. However, there are two eat in/eat out out places across the road.

The Hyatt offer a bus service and will happily take you to chosen destinations like the mall, or places to eat (either as your choice or spot on recommendations).

Overall, very happy :)
